The website provides information about English lessons, educational resources, contact methods and the Aletia English newsletter. Reasonable care is taken to keep information accurate, but content may be changed or corrected without notice.

3. Lesson bookings

Website descriptions are invitations to enquire and are not, by themselves, a binding offer or lesson contract. Availability, price, payment, cancellation, rescheduling and any package conditions will be confirmed before a booking becomes binding. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

4. Newsletter and free resources

Newsletter subscription is voluntary and can be cancelled at any time. Free workbooks and lesson materials are provided for personal learning use. Delivery may occasionally be delayed or interrupted for technical reasons.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, written lessons, workbooks, branding and original materials belong to Aletia English or are used under licence. You may use downloaded learning materials personally, but you may not sell, republish, distribute or present them as your own without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security, misuse forms, introduce malicious code, scrape personal data or use the content unlawfully. Access may be restricted where necessary to protect the service or other users.

7. External services and links

The website links to or embeds third-party services, including Brevo, WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn. Aletia English does not control their availability, content or privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.

8. Responsibility

Educational information is general and does not guarantee a particular exam result, level or professional outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Aletia English is not responsible for indirect loss caused by reliance on general website content or by unavailable third-party services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
